Business Associate Template

As clinicians we are bound by HIPAA to ensure that all of our business relationships are following the legal standards set forth in order to protect client confidentiality.  The Business Associate Template gives you an editable document to use with all of your outside suppliers (admin staff, EHR, billing agencies, credit merchants, etc.) to remain within HIPAA compliance regulations.  The BAA lays out a contractual agreement that necessitates how PHI is managed and dealt with by these outside suppliers to keep all data confidential.
